I am casually involved with a guy who occasionally orgasms without ejaculating. So far in my experience with him it has only happened when I’ve agreed to let him come in my mouth. It’s kind of funny but at the same time slightly awkward, since I’m left with his cock down my throat waiting for his ejaculate, knowing that because of Murphy’s Law the second I open my mouth for a breath will of course be the second he ejaculates.

There’s a whole subgenre in professional S&M of what is called “orgasm ruining”, where the domme makes the client masturbate but then at a crticial moment does or even just says something that lets him have an ejaculation but leaves him, unlike D.’s indefatigable Young Hero, refractory and unable to proceeed further, and without any of the usual good orgasm feelings.
